To find the base, we have to find somewhere we can get into the sewer.

Upon exiting the room, we find another Monokuma kid!

The final truth bullet!



Looks like you picked up Link. Link is a Truth Bullet that can control Monokumas by taking over their cyberbrains. It's not really fit for combat, but that doesn't mean you can't put it to good use.



Also, you can release a Link with the C Key. Now your "Hacking Gun" can actually hack things! Use it lots!

Well, before that, we have somebody to talk to here.



♪ BGM: We Can't Change The World

I killed a child and destroyed a Monokuma all by myself! Towa is safe now! There's no need to hide anymore!

You no longer need to worry about your families and friends being killed! You no longer need to see others killed! Hahaha, you should all be grateful! Cry in tears of joy that I've saved you all!
...She's completely gone.
My husband and daughter didn't die in vain! Thanks to them, I know Monokuma's weakness! Their deaths have been avenged!
I think it's best to just...leave her be.
Yeah... Sometimes its better not to wake up from a dream.

Now, let's take Link for a spin.



When you hit a Monokuma with it, you can then control it and use its attack. There's a time limit for how long you can control it.



In this case, we just have to dump the Bomber in front of the broken part of the wall.



Then we can blow the wall up by killing the Bomber.



And we can move on!



Next stop, the subway.



A subway with sparkles!



♪ Jingle: Hidden Kids Discovered!

Huh. So that means I missed both Jataro and Kotoko. Well, nothing to be done about that now.



While making our way through the trains and the rails, we find another collectible!



I... uh... huh. This is one weird kids' book.





Whoa there, Toko. Watch the fourth wall.



Next stop, another Monoku-Man puzzle room.



♪ BGM: It's a Monokuma World





♪ Jingle: Monoku-Man Activate

This is a relatively simple one.







Basically, we need some Link usage here. We move the Siren over to the one side of the breakable wall. We then use Dance on the Siren, that attracts the Destroyers and the Bomber to the same spot, then blow up the Bomber, which then blows up the rest.

Next up, I get to experience the suicide dive attack the Destroyers have.



It can really catch you off guard when you're not expecting it.



Especially when it happens twice in a row.



Next up, we have another collectible.





The adults want to murder the kids. Nothing new there I guess.

This one I screwed up at the beginning because I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I didn't notice the cracks in the floor. I first thought this was some sort of "blow up all the Bombers with one shot" thing, so I first just moved the Bomber on the right close to the others and blew it up. Instead, you're supposed to move the Bomber on the right to the crack in the floor on the left, then blow up the one you can still shoot at on the right.



Like so.

That clears the challenge...



...and causes a large area to just break off and fall down.

...You're awfully excited by all that destruction. You're actually a terrifying woman deep down...

Y-Yeah, but... Do you really intend to go back to those guys? We're...fugitives, y'know? If we go back there, we'll be captured with no questions asked.
Well, maybe... But maybe not.

If we explain ourselves, I'm sure they'll understand! We have the same goal! We all want to stop those out-of-control kids, right?
And if it's for that cause, I bet they'll lend us a hand. And they'll rescue Byakuya, too!

Next, we cut back to the Warriors of Hope's base, where Nagisa has Nagito tied up, and he's probably not very happy with him. As an aside, this is one of my two most favorite scenes in the game. It will probably become apparent why. I very highly recommend watching this one.
