Regular U.S infantry: These guys are equipped with a variety of weapons, including both AT-weapons and a Stinger launcher for AA duty. Though not capable of inflicting as much damage on enemy armour as the AT-infantry, they make up for it by the ability to engage a greater variety of targets.
Like the regular Soviet infantry, they are also equipped with underslung grenade launchers, highly effective against enemy infantry.

U.S Light transport/repair vehicle - Humvee: The Humvee is the vehicular backbone of the U.S army, capable of a multitude of different roles. Equipped here with a M2-machinegun, the Humvee can engage enemy infantry or soft vehicles with some effect, as well as transport a full squad into combat.
However, the value of this vehicle is its repair-capability. Though not as effective at this as a regular repair-vehicle, it's none the less highly useful. Try to keep it away from the front though, as its thin armour and weak weaponry will make it a liability.

U.S light tank - Sheridan: The M551 Sheridan was designed to be air-transportable, and is thus quite light-weight. Armed with a specialized 152mm short gun, it's a fast and highly mobile vehicle. Combined with excellent spotting range, it's a good reconissance vehicle.
Somewhat underarmed for engaging anything heavier than other light armour or soft vehicles, it's best used as a scout or flanking. The Sheridan can launch a MGM-51 "Shillelagh" missile through the main gun, adding some additional punch in an emergency. It also has smoke launchers for concealment.
