Soviet Infantry Fighting Vehicle - BMP-2: When the first model BMP was introduced in the mid 1960's, it caused quite a stir among western militaries. Not just a "battlefield taxi" like most other contemporary vehicles, it combined the features of both a light tank and an APC, allowing infantry to keep up with the tank spearhead and contributing to the fight while from comparative safety.
The BMP-2 has an automatic cannon and can launch guided AT-missiles. It's the equivalent of the Bradley, with the same performance. Like all armored units in the game, it can release smoke to conceal itself.

Soviet light tank - PT-76: This light-weight amphibious tank was the Soviet unions standard recon-tank for quite some time, but by the events of WiC it is however somewhat outdated. It saw active combat service in the Vietnam war.
The PT-76 is still capable of engaging other light armour such as the Sheridan or Bradley, as well as medium tanks with the help of the turret-mounted guided AT-missile. it also has smoke launchers.
