Part 18: Genos Island ~ Lap 1

We commence our descent into the dark and mysterious Genos Island, but an old foe gets in the way.




Genos Island is a special dungeon in the sense that they do not expect you to get through the entire thing in one run. Enemies progressively scale from level 42 to 49, some can't be killed without a special item (which we'll get next update). This update I'll pick up most of the important dungeon items (except one) and work on filling out our top tier shield space once and for all. We need to be fully decked out in sweet gear to take on the worst the game has to throw at us.



A tip I ran out of time to explain in the Dularn 2 fight is that while the lasers are up in the final phase: if you just keep running around Dularn constantly and earth-blocking you can ignore the lasers since they don't hit if you keep that movement up. You can almost meta then lasers out of the equation.
