Well, let's get those coins and give that treasure chest a revenge plundering, then head back and buy a tasty snack from the vending machine.

We need that loot. We really need that loot. Loot is points! Get the coins and pirate treasure and hot-foot it by fastest route to the wellhouse where it will be safe.
We seem to have a slight disagreement here, but they both start with looting, so let's do that.

Dead End
This is the pirate's dead end.
The pirate's treasure chest is here!

rare coins: Taken!
treasure chest: You're carrying too many things already.
[Your score has just gone up by five points.]

It's the pirate's treasure chest, filled with riches of all kinds!

Just to save you all a few minutes, no, you can't take anything out of the chest. It's just a big honkin' treasure.
So, we have eight items to transport and seven slots to do it in. What shall remain behind in the maze?

Wait, which game was it that had the little maze of twisty passages all alike and the twisty maze of little passages all alike and the twisty little maze of passages all alike etc etc? Was that Zork?
The Zork version is "This is part of a twisty little maze of passages, all alike" over and over again, if I recall properly. The "all different" maze we just went through a few posts ago has exactly the characteristic you're describing. I wouldn't be surprised if a game used the "all the same" descriptions with that trick, though, and I'm just not thinking of it.
