This music box didn't work the first time we were here. You actually need to head up to the clock tower and set the jukebox to this tune to enable it here. I'd be more annoyed by the game 'logic' if I didn't like this song so much.

And we get a little show. Man, still love that song.
After the music box finishes playing its tune, the backdrop lifts to reveal a lion talisman.
