Part 44: Match 26 results and buy options

Results 1 - 2

Stupid High Elves with guard just playing good and not failing any passes like me.

In reality Plutonic played really well, and I had moments where I didn't stop to think, like the blitz at the end of the first half. Had I not fucked that up I would have had a chance to maybe tie.

I reckon my biggest mistake was underestimating the high elves, especially considering their build. It's not the most amazing set of skills on them, but it is a really good set. Having a lot of blodge and guard works really well for them, and me with only one tackle couldn't hope to compete. If you want to build a competitive high elf team that's probably the route to go.


Skullpoker managed to do that pass at long last and now he's got a second skill.
He's already got wrestle, so there quite a lot to choose from that might fit him. I'm sure EthanSteele will have some suggestions for what he should get.
