That went as good as it could have gone. I didn't fuck up to badly and AJ_Impy had some bad rolls which meant he didn't have to fuck up, the dice did it for him.
I'm super pleased that I managed to level up not one but two of our best players. Not great rolls, but still good enough to get us over that elusive TV2000 mark. Which also means all the goals I had set for the LP when I started has been reached. It's a pretty good feeling. I'm hoping to squeeze in a few more games though, so I'm not quite done yet.
Dio managed to level up yet again. So far he's got Block, Guard and Might Blow. He didn't roll anything fancy though so it's just a regular skill pick for him. He's pretty bashy so it will be interesting to see what you guys pick for him
Mikey is on paper the best elfy player we've got. He doesn't score as much as Mr.Hadwick though. I'd say that Mikey is the tougher skill choicer here, there's a lot to choose from, all skills that take him in different directions.

Here are Ethan's suggestions
For Dio I recommend Claw or Stand Firm! He's going to be on the front line always and being able to stay in position to keep his Guard where we want it is great, but so is cutting open the opponent into tiny pieces. Claw has great synergy with Mighty Blow turning everyone into Wood Elves or worse! Tackle is also an option, especially as Dio is our only non-cripple Warrior, but he's been built as a road-block so far and we don't want him running his Guard away from where it's needed (everywhere).
For Mikey... pretty much anything. Increased Agility opens a lot of doors. Tackle because he can get places easier for key blitzes. Two Heads to make him equivalent of AG5 when it comes to dodging. Sure Hands or Big Hand for scooping up the ball when it's in tricky spots and then escaping with his Agility or even Extra Arms to be equivalent of AG5 for handling the ball in all situations. I think I will recommend any of the ball handling skills, so Sure Hands, Big Hand or Extra Arms. With his increased agility ball handling comes naturally to Mikey and anything that helps him get the ball so he can use his agility to punish any mistakes on the opponent's drive by making an elfy short pass to Hadwick would really solidify him as the Bestest Beastman.
