Part 3: Of butts and mobile phones.

Chapter 3: Of butts and mobile phones.

"I will pass by his room, to see him"
Nice to see that House's main motivation, curiosity, is kept intact from the series.

Chase is dumbfounded, not knowing anything about House's photographic exploits.

"Nothing, it's me...
How's our friend doing?"

"I'm afraid, he is getting worse. Third finger is getting darker."

Oh House, you and your tasteless humor will never, ever get old.

"..."

"I need the results from Cameron. Let's meet in the diagnostics' room."

Well that wasn't as fun as it should have been, so let's try the other choice

"And, what other thing can be relevant?"
"Em..."

"One cant pretend to have his hand rotten!
Are you the eminent Doctor Gregory House?"

"You are right... I made a mistake..."

From there on, it follows like the other path.

[i]New reaction.

There he is. The patient. Will he recover? Will House figure out what his illness is before it's too late?
What is his relation with Cuddy?
It is all very mysterious, you see.

This is the door to the lab. It looks like any other door, except it goes to the lab.

"Looks like a minor DIC case."

"Maybe it's too soon for it to work."

I love this thing.

"If we don't want it to be extended we have to react quickly.
Call the rest to the diagnostics' room."
"Alright."

"We can't, if he carries on like this, it could pass to other limbs."
"Don't tell me! In that case it is very far from being slight."

Okay this one is less amusing than "Is this some king of joke", but still.

"Well I don't know what comes then...but it isn't slight."

And after that, one must go back to House's office. There is a meeting going on there.

And Cuddy is there!, let's see what House has to say about Cameron first, since she isn't the one with the exclamation sign this time.

... Okay. What?

"His hand is getting worse."
"Looks like abnormal behaviour of proteins is provoking bad coagulation."
"DIC!"
"Right. If it carries on like that, his hand is going to necrose and it can expand.."
"Then heparin is not enough."
"Now you won't be able to hold hands anymore..."
"We'll give him activated human protein C."
"But that can cause him an internal haemorrhage!"
"He could die!"
"He could also get better..."
"If I would have proposed the same, you would have screamed like a hyena."
"I don't care about what you say. Do it!"
"Ok, whatever you say..."

And with that, his underlings leave the scene.

"I think that the issue with your ... whatever he is yours, is affecting you more than it should."
"Drop it. I told you he's just a friend."
"Oh yeah... And I run 100 yards in 9 seconds."
"Do you know what you're gonna do now?
While your assistants go on with the treatment, you'll see patients in the surgery."

The surgery? Wait, isn't House a diagnostician, not a surgeon? Besides, he DOES have to watch his soaps, you know.

"You'll do something better. You will live it "live"!"

"Come on, you might even enjoy it..."
"I'd first enjoy having my bottom waxed."
"Exaggerated. It's not so bad."

"However, you'll speak with them, which you'll probably find more rewarding."
"No, what I find rewarding is looking into your neckline. Talking to people is wasting time."
"Stop bluffing! You will not get free of that one.
I'm going back to my office. You will inform me about the treatment results."

And then, Cuddy leaves the scene too.

Inconsistent translation! Wasn't it "Telly"?

Ah, House's famous whiteboard.
Too bad it probably won't be used to keep track of the possible diagnoses. Or will it? I don't know.

Well, at least there is a door. Maybe one will eventually see what's beyond the hospital's walls.

Let's go to the patient rooms.

House is very clearly awestruck by his patient's display of masculinity.

House has entered his emofag mode.

Oh boy! It is time for a Gregory House, M.D. pathented epiphany moment?

Or not, but let's see the responses.

Aw, House is not tactful enough.

Ouch. Rub salt on the wound, will ya?

Well, this is the last option, so it is clearly the correct one.

Oh hohohoh.

And so, House got rid of his clinic duty, pestered Cuddy with something very, very annoying, and is free to watch his soap opera.
Except not. What will the new developement with the patient be?
Let's find out on the next update.
