Here's a list of the spellcards found throughout the game.

Red Spellcards (attack spells)

Fire

Spark (4MP): Deals minor fire damage to one enemy.
Crisis: M-Spark (6MP): Deals minor fire damage to all enemies.
Stat changes: -1% max HP, +2% max MP

Fireball (25MP): Deals moderate fire damage to one enemy.
Crisis: M-Fireball (35MP): Deals moderate fire damage to all enemies.
Stat changes: -2% max HP, +3% max MP

Inferno (100MP): Deals major fire damage to one enemy.
Crisis: M-Inferno (120MP): Deals major fire damage to all enemies.
Stat changes: -3% max HP, +5% max MP

Ice

Frostbite (4MP): Deals minor ice damage to one enemy.
Crisis: P-Frost (5MP): Deals minor ice damage to one enemy, ignoring enemy RES.
Stat changes: +2% INT, -1% SPD

Iceblast (25MP): Deals moderate ice damage to one enemy.

Shockfield (100MP): Deals major lightning damage to one enemy.
Crisis: X-Shock (150MP): Deals somewhat stronger lightning damage to one enemy.
Stat changes: -3% STR, +5% SPD

Wind

Gale (32MP): Deals moderate wind damage to all enemies.
Crisis: Sandstorm (36MP): Temporarily raises the entire party's DEX by a large amount.
Stat changes: -2% STR, +2% SPD, +3% DEX

Whirlwind (125MP): Deals major wind damage to all enemies.
Crisis: Whirlwings (80MP): Temporarily raises the entire party's SPD by a large amount.
Stat changes: -3% STR, +3% SPD, +5% DEX

Vortex (230MP): Deals moderate wind damage to random enemies around fifteen times.
Crisis: Armageddon (1MP): Drains all of the caster's MP to deal non-elemental damage proportional to the amount of MP drained.
Stat changes: +10% SPD, -4% RES, +7% DEX

Earth

Landslide (32MP): Deals moderate earth damage to all enemies.
Crisis: Guardian (47MP): Temporarily grants the P-Shield status to the entire party.
Stat changes: +2% max HP, +3% VIT, -2% DEX

Earthquake (125MP): Deals major earth damage to all enemies.
Crisis: Bastion (180MP): Temporarily grants both the P-Shield and M-Shield statuses to the entire party.
Stat changes: +3% max HP, +5% VIT, -3% DEX

Water

Waterfall (32MP): Deals moderate water damage to all enemies.
Crisis: Brilliance (25MP): Temporarily raises the entire party's INT.
Stat changes: +3% INT, -2% VIT, +2% LCK

Aquabeam (125MP): Deals major water damage to all enemies.
Crisis: Whirlpool (90MP): Temporarily lowers all enemies' RES by a large amount.
Stat changes: +5% INT, -3% VIT, +3% LCK

Light

Light Ray (39MP): Deals moderate light damage to one enemy.
Crisis: White Glow (46MP): Restores a moderate amount of HP to all allies except the caster.
Stat changes: +2% max HP, -3% VIT

Holy (190MP): Deals major light damage to one enemy.
Crisis: White Blaze (90MP): Restores a large amount of HP to both all allies and all enemies.
Stat changes: +5% max HP, -6% VIT

Dark

Dark Ray (39MP): Deals moderate dark damage to one enemy.
Crisis: Black Glow (1MP): Restores a moderate amount of MP to all allies except the caster.
Stat changes: +2% STR, -3% STR

Unholy (190MP): Deals major dark damage to one enemy.
Crisis: Black Hole (90MP): Deals moderate dark damage to both all allies and all enemies.
Stat changes: +5% STR, -6% INT

Non-elemental

Drain HP (8MP): Drains a small amount of HP from a target and gives it to the caster.
Crisis: Drain MP (0MP): Drains a small amount of MP from a target and gives it to the caster.
Stat changes: +1% max HP, +1% max MP

Laser (13MP): Deals minor non-elemental damage to one enemy, ignoring enemy RES.
Crisis: Shell (25MP): Temporarily grants the M-Shield status to the entire party.
Stat changes: -1% SPD, +2% RES, -1% SKL

Mindblow (25MP): Deals minor damage to one enemy's MP.
Crisis: Fairy Wind (1MP): Drains a small amount of MP from a target and gives it to all allies.
Stat changes: +2% max MP, +2% INT, -2% RES

Rage (85MP): Deals moderate non-elemental damage to one enemy 4-5 times, ignoring enemy RES and moving to another enemy if the original target dies.
Crisis: Erosion (0MP): Deals extreme earth damage to all enemies, but reduces the caster's HP to 1.
Stat changes: -1% max HP, -2% SPD, +4% RES, +4% SKL

Gamma (300MP): Deals a highly random amount of non-elemental damage to one enemy.
Crisis: Nuke (999MP): To quote the game, "causes unspeakable damage" to all enemies. And it ain't lying. 10,000 damage is just the floor for this baby.
Stat changes: -10% max HP, -5% STR, -5% VIT

Green Spellcards (recovery spells)

Healing

Cure (4MP): Restores a small amount of HP to one ally.
Crisis: M-Cure (7MP): Restores a small amount of HP to all allies.
Stat changes: -2% max HP, +2% max MP

Heal (18MP): Restores a moderate amount of HP to one ally.
Crisis: M-Heal (30MP): Restores a moderate amount of HP to all allies.
Stat changes: -3% max HP, +3% max MP

Full Heal (150MP): Restores full HP to one ally.
Crisis: M-Renew (175MP): Restores a large amount of HP to all allies.
Stat changes: -4% max HP, +6% max MP

Chi (0MP): Restores a small amount of MP to the caster.
Crisis: Transfer (0MP): Restores full MP to the caster, but reduces their HP to 1.
Stat changes: +8% max MP, -8% STR, +5% INT

Cleanse (65MP): Restores a moderate amount of HP to the caster and clears all detrimental status effects on him or her.
Crisis: Sacrifice (0MP): Kills the caster, but restores full HP and MP to the rest of the party.
Stat changes: +8% max HP, +5% STR, -8% INT

Fury (50MP): Restores a moderate amount of HP to all allies, but also inflicts berserk on them.
Crisis: Contract (99MP): Restores a large amount of HP to all allies, but also inflicts chaos on them.
Stat changes: +5% max HP, +8% VIT, -8% RES, -5% SKL

Revival

Revitalize (10MP): Revives one KO'd ally with a small amount of HP.
Crisis: Restore (6MP): Cures all detrimental status effects for one ally.
Stat changes: -1% max HP, +1% max MP, +2% RES

Revive (95MP): Revives one KO'd ally with full HP.
Crisis: M-Restore (80MP): Cures all detrimental status effects for all allies.
Stat changes: -3% max HP, +4% max MP, +5% RES

Status Heals

Clearsight (1MP): Cures blindness for one ally.
Crisis: Flash (5MP): Deals minor light damage to all enemies.
Stat changes: +1% SKL

Neutralize (2MP): Cures poison for one ally.
Crisis: Tranquility (8MP): Cures berserk and chaos for the entire party.
Stat changes: +1% RES

Noise (2MP): Cures silence for one ally.
Crisis: Focus (2MP): Temporarily raises the caster's INT.
Stat changes: +1% INT

Vigor (3MP): Cures enfeeble, amnesia, and slow for one ally.
Crisis: Warmth (7MP): Cures poison, berserk, and chaos for the entire party.
Stat changes: +2% max HP

Purge (5MP): Cures blindness, poison, and silence for one ally.
Crisis: Shadowcast (15MP): Deals minor dark damage to one enemy.
Stat changes: +1% VIT, +2% DEX

Treatment (10MP): Cures amnesia, enfeeble, slow, blindness, poison, and silence for one ally.
Crisis: Mystic Light (15MP): Cures all detrimental status effects for one ally.
Stat changes: +3% max HP, +1% RES, -3% SKL

Medicine (30MP): Cures all detrimental status effects for one ally.
Crisis: M-Regen (115MP): Temporarily grants the entire party the Regen status, which recovers a small amount of HP when their turn comes around.
Stat changes: +4% max HP, -3% STR, -1% VIT

Gray Spellcards (physical attack spells)

Gust Strike (1MP): Launches a physical attack that deals wind damage.
Crisis: Healing Wind (4MP): Restores a small amount of HP to the caster.
Stat changes: -1% max HP, +1% SPD

Rocksmash (1MP): Launches a physical attack that deals earth damage.
Crisis: Wall (4MP): Temporarily grants the P-Shield status, which halves all incoming physical damage, to one ally.
Stat changes: +1% max HP, -1% SPD

Swing (10MP): Launches a physical attack that hits all enemies for slightly reduced damage.
Crisis: Slash (16MP): Launches a physical attack that hits all enemies for full damage.
Stat changes: +1% max HP, +3% SKL

Slap (1MP): Launches a physical attack that is absolutely guaranteed to hit, but does 1 damage.
Crisis: Battle Fury (33MP): Temporarily raises the entire party's STR.
Stat changes: +2% STR, +1% SKL, +2% LCK

Dual Strike (40MP): Launches two consecutive physical attacks against one target for 80% normal damage each.
Crisis: Quad Strike (55MP): Launches four consecutive physical attacks against one target for 70% normal damage each.
Stat changes: +2% max HP, +4% SKL

Sneak Attack (65MP): Launches a physical attack that is guaranteed to be the first action of the round.
Crisis: Wrath (200MP): Deals non-elemental damage to one enemy proportional to the number of enemies the caster has killed throughout the game.
Stat changes: -5% max HP, +5% SPD, +5% DEX, +8% SKL

Brutal Attack (65MP): Launches a powerful physical attack against one enemy, but also deals a small amount of damage to the caster.
Crisis: Flurry (75MP): Launches a powerful physical attack against all enemies, but also deals a small amount of damage to all allies.
Stat changes: -2% max HP, -2% max MP, -1% VIT, +6% SKL

Blue Spellcards (utility spells)

Scan (1MP): Displays information about one enemy's stats and item drops.
Crisis: Pinpoint (6MP): Temporarily raises the entire party's SKL.
Stat changes: +2% DEX, +1% SKL

Steal (1MP): Attempts to steal an item from an enemy.
Crisis: Pillage (4MP): Simultaneously launches a physical attack and attempts to steal an item from an enemy.
Stat changes: +2% SPD, +1% LCK

Raid (15MP): Simultaneously launches a physical attack and attempts to steal an item from an enemy.
Crisis: Loot (33MP): Attempts to steal gold from an enemy.
Stat changes: +1% max MP, +4% SPD

Throw (0MP): Sacrifices a weapon from the inventory to deal moderate damage to one enemy.
Crisis: Launch (44MP): Sacrifices the caster to deal major damage to one enemy.
Stat changes: -2% VIT, +3% SKL, +3% LCK

Stance (50MP): Causes the caster to defend. While defending in this manner, the caster gains triple normal Crisis.
Crisis: Invincibility (230MP): Grants all allies total invulnerability to damage and status effects for one round.
Stat changes: +6% VIT, +6% DEX, +3% LCK

Purple Spellcards (support spells)

Shields

P-Shield (6MP): Temporarily grants the P-Shield status, which halves all incoming physical damage, to one ally.
Crisis: Empower (5MP): Temporarily raises the caster's STR.
Stat changes: +3% VIT, -1% RES

M-Shield (8MP): Temporarily grants the M-Shield status, which halves all incoming magical damage, to one ally.
Crisis: Purify (3MP): Cures all detrimental status effects on the caster.
Stat changes: -1% VIT, +3% RES

X-Shield (100MP): Temporarily grants both the P-Shield and M-Shield statuses to one ally.
Crisis: Mega Shield (125MP): Temporarily grants both the P-Shield and M-Shield statuses to the entire party.
Stat changes: +3% INT, +3% VIT, +3% RES, -2% DEX

Buffs

Epiphany (5MP): Temporarily raises one ally's INT.
Crisis: Resurrection (9MP): Revives all KO'd party members with a small amount of HP.
Stat changes: -2% max HP, +3% INT

Bolster (8MP): Temporarily raises one ally's STR.
Crisis: Limit Break (20MP): Deals non-elemental damage to one enemy proportional to the amount of HP the caster is missing.
Stat changes: -2% max MP, +3% STR

Hurry (6MP): Temporarily raises one ally's SPD.
Crisis: Timewarp (13MP): Temporarily raises the entire party's SPD.
Stat changes: -2% STR, +3% SPD

Regen (20MP): Temporarily grants one ally the Regen status, which recovers a small amount of HP when their turn comes around.
Crisis: Full Recover (35MP): Restores full HP to the caster.
Stat changes: +3% max HP, -2% STR, +1% VIT

Enlight (5MP): Temporarily grants one ally the Enlight status, which recovers a small amount of MP when their turn comes around.
Crisis: Brainstorm (0MP): Restores full MP to the caster.
Stat changes: -1% max HP, +3% max MP, -2% SPD, +1% RES

Barrier (22MP): Temporarily grants one ally resistance to all elements.
Crisis: M-Barrier (54MP): Temporarily grants all allies resistance to all elements.

Protect (120MP): Temporarily grants one ally immunity to all status effects.
Crisis: M-Protect (200MP): Temporarily grants the entire party immunity to all status effects.

Lucky Break (1MP): Temporarily sets one ally's LCK to 999.
Crisis: Fortune (2MP): Temporarily sets the entire party's LCK to 999.

Aura (130MP): Temporarily raises the caster's STR, INT, SKL, and DEX.
Crisis: Rebirth (100MP): Restores full HP and MP to the caster.

Debuffs

Disenchant (4MP): Nullifies all buffs and benificial status effects on one target.
Crisis: Blessing (11MP): Temporarily sets the caster's LCK to 999.

Trick (1MP): Inflicts chaos on the caster.
Crisis: Suicide (0MP): Kills the caster. Yes, you read that correctly.
