Part 15: There's nothing odd about this because you've never been here before!
Small update for you. After all, I have birthday plans today. Nothing special, my grandma's birthay is tomorrow, so I guess I'm meeting with that side of the family to celebrate. Not that I particularly ENJOY that side of the family, I do like the cooking.
Chapter 15: There's nothing odd about this because you've never been here before!
Before we go on, we need to do a few small preparations. In other words, we gots to get them 1-up dolls for this final attack.
First one resides here, in a swamp.
Yay.
Second one is south of King's tomb.
Woop.
Third resides in the corner here.
Noice.
Final one is in the swamp north of Kasuto. From the extra 2 I got in the Three Eye Palace, I now have 9 lives
Here we goooo!
Aw jeeze. Gotta go through a stupid trial.
Hot hot hot.
When you go into battles, expect the worst, especially if you hit a monster and not a bot on the overworld. This is a bot, so it's relatively tame.
Of course, it gives you trials to go through as well
This isn't so bad.
Oh, and you MUST cast jump to get across this. Otherwise I hope you enjoy your lava bath
The red color of the ground is scary.
Another trial. This is getting hard.
This one has Lizalfols and Blue Doas.
Sweet.
We're gettin' closer!
Blue Doas and Eyes. Not terribly hard, just don't get hit.
A Blue Lizalfols. They throw maces at you. Those said maces also hurt.
Getting closer...
Final cave! I hope.
We're here! And Downstab didn't lose a single life!
I shed a small tear in happiness because of how much I enjoy the music we're almost about to die, but we made it.
With all my crystals in place, the gate opens for me.
Down we go. Prepare for the most utterly insane dungeon of your life.
We'll end it there.
Next update I'll bring you part one in our final three-part series of How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Downstab.
I got lots of school and stuff, but I'll be sure to make exceptions for you guys
