Part 4: - Tiger Dust
In this update, we play mission 4, Tiger Dust.
Something of a "throw everything at the wall and see if it sticks" mission, Tiger Dust tries to mix it up with three different types of action in the same mission. I kept expecting it to be harder - especially the second sequence, the middle of the mission - but then I watched Lazyfire's video and realized we were basically teamworking it up without saying anything out loud. Just goes to show you what they were going for here, a team based shooter where teamwork matters? Crazy, I know.
Lazyfire's Perspective - the last two-thirds of the mission. Definitely worth a watch. Bonus: evidence this game does not know how to calculate accuracy.
Meet Your Ghosts!
It's true! This game has characters. Or so they'd like you to believe.
Ghost Lead - Captain Cedrick Ferguson
The kind of leader every team wants, Ferguson keeps a clear head even in the midst of chaos. Born into a military family and groomed for duty, he is decisive, executes plans with precision, and has a long record of doing the right thing at just the right time. He knows when to push and when to pull back, and he knows he doesn't have all the answers. He trusts his men, he trusts his gut, and the two are rarely in conflict. Ferguson ultimately commands the respect of all those around him, whether friend or foe.
