Part 32: An Octopus with a Cannon Riding On a Giant Snapping Turtle Just Trampling and Shooting Everything.

Music: Pokémon Gym - Pokémon Original Gen Anime - Battle remix

You can bend steel.

Choro Notes: Get used to this.

Choro Notes: This Gym's Terrible Gimmick
Well really it's not bad. It's high speed lifts. That's it. It's basically a very simple three dimensional maze. I do want to point out that these are simple lifts; no railings or walls to 'em at all. Also they are incredibly fast and launch straight into the air, so just sorta imagine what that would be like then completely ignore it. Pokémon gives no shit about the laws of motion/thermodynamics.

"Mazes are really hard as it is so, like, whoa."

What in the heck did you just call me?

I don't have an ego, shut up.

These are basically catapults, they really are.

Choro Notes: Horizontal lifts are just as fast! Frankly there's no way these things wouldn't throw you on your ass once they collide with the opposite end. Odds are you'd probably fall a good two-three floors onto hard metal ground!

Judo's all about grapples and locks, sir. Frankly you're not even supposed to use those in competition.

Also, Snakes cannot chop.

Aye, sir. I did.

He. . . he is a gym leader.

Oh so you'll be tougher, then?

Music: League Champion Battle (Gen2) - Pokémon Anime Series 2

Choro Notes: Byron
Byron's a pretty cool guy he just— Well frankly if you have a starter pokémon with you (you probably will) you're going to beat his ass. Flat out. Lady is pretty much equipped to take down steel-types no problem thanks to Lyudmila and Dom.

Magneton, just three Magnemites stuck together. Can't be much faster, right?

Lyudmila maybe we should just let you sit out during gym battles. (Sorry!)

All aboard the pain train! WOO WOO!

Oh. What? What the hell was the point of that? Torterra's a ground-type so it's immune to that. Steelix has no advantageous ability in the sandstorm. Steelix isn't a rock-type so it doesn't get the sp.def boost (and I'm not using a special attack anyway.) What was the logical reasoning behind using SANDSTORM of all moves. REALLY?!

Choro Notes: Bastiodon
Bastiodon is the evolved form of Shieldon, it's also a—

Oh. Who cares then.
