Mission 3 - The bank



Location: MCAS Banco de Panama, Panama City, Panama

MCAS Banco de Panama has been implicated in Lacerda's arms smuggling operations and has been facilitating deals with Lacerda and his allies. It must be determined who paid MCAS Bank to organize Lacerda's payments for the Morgenhold kidnapping.

British specialist bank thief recruited from prison to help Sam crack open the main vault. Quite possibly brokering a deal regarding an early end to his prison sentence.

References to other games:
The comment from Sam regarding Masse's fate is a reference to the bonus missions to the first Splinter Cell game that was available either over Xbox Live or via a patch that came with the special edition of Chaos Theory.
The missions are also available in the EU via the Splinter Cell Mission pack.

Mission Objectives:

Primary Objectives

Steal 50,000,000 in French Governmental Bearer Bonds.

In order to make the vault penetration look like a simple theft, steal the fifty million dollars worht of French government bonds that are stored in the fireproof vault cabinet.

Determine who MCAS Bank purchased the arms for.

MCAS Bank brokered the deal for Lacerad's weapons. Determine who contracted them to do this. This information is stored on their separate servers in the main vault.

Find the name of Lacerda's Panamanian contact.

Enter the bank.

Authorize the vault access from the three officers' panels.

Exfiltrate to the main extraction point.
