Introduction

Or, to be exact, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army. What is it? Well, it is a SMT spinoff. And it is cheesy.

COVER:

From the back:
"The Capital has a New Hero: Raidou Kuzunoha the 14th!
In Japan's Capital, during the 20th year of the prosperous Taisho era... A young dame calls the Narumi Detective Agency and turns two gumshoes' lives upside down with a simple request. Before they know it, the girl's been snatched. Meanwhile, conspiracy and collusion are tightening around the Capital like a Hangman's rope. Only assistant detective Raidou Kuzunoha the 14, Devil Summoner Par Excellence, can get to the bottom of a mess like this!"

Uh huh. Okay. Yes.

INTRO!
Behold! Both intros.

As you can see, this game is clearly more humorous than the previous SMT titles I've played, much more light hearted. And unlike those, it is not set either in the "present" or a post apocalyptic future, no sir! It is set in the past! And the damn game has a cheesy 70's anime feel, which may or may not be a good thing.
